First, a quick call with HR, then I spoke to the head of the team. After that, I had an interview with a few people where we discussed how I would handle certain tasks, like a day in the life. The HR person stayed in touch and kept me updated throughout the process. It was pretty straightforward, and everyone was really nice. The team was generally responsive.

The process was quite thorough. First, there was a phone interview with several questions. Following that, I received an email with a link to a website where I had to complete another interview and record a video. After completing these steps, an in-person interview was scheduled with the sales manager.

They didn't seem to want to know about my vast sales experience. They were just asking about the job I'm currently in, which wasn't sales. They showed no interest in my experience at all. I was very confused, thinking they interviewed me for a different role rather than the sales position I applied for.
