It took a few weeks to hear back from the recruiter after I applied, but after that the interview process was pretty fast. First there was a screening call, then I interviewed with my future manager, and finally there was a panel interview where I had to do mock cold calls. I practiced the mock calls by watching YouTube videos about call techniques and webinars about Sage's product.

Applied on their site and a recruiter hit me up for a phone screen. A week later, I chatted with the hiring manager about my resume and work history. He then had me do a mock interview with him and a senior manager. They said I did great and told me I'd move on to interview with an outbound manager and set it up right away. A few days before that, I checked in with the recruiter for info and was told it had to be rescheduled and they'd get back to me by a certain day. The day passed, so I asked about the interview and was told they were still trying to find a time this week. Two days after that, I got an automated rejection email. I messaged the recruiter and both managers to say thanks for their time and feedback but got no replies.

I had two phone screening interviews with recruiters, then finally an onsite interview. The interviews seemed like they didn't want to be there at all. They had no copy of my resume nor did they review my resume at all! I asked them several questions regarding the role, but in the end they had 0 questions for me. It seemed they already did not want to pick me for the position; waste of my time! One of the recruiters was very condescending; I said "The other hiring manager explained to me that there were 7 possible people you were going to hire." she responded sternly "we're always hiring." and of course I said "for this position." Very unfortunate that you treat applicants like this.
