Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through a few rounds of interviews, ending with a final one. Some of the early chats were good, but the whole thing felt messy, sloppy, and rude. The last interview was a real letdown. It was with the hiring manager, and they hadn't even looked at my resume and didn't give me any clear direction or real questions. It felt unfocused because they weren't prepared, and I doubted if we were on the same page about the job. After the last round, they said I'd hear back in a week or two. I followed up nicely a few times and waited way longer, but I never got a clear answer or any kind of closing. An unstructured final interview followed by complete silence isn't just a delay; it's bad process and unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical

I had two initial virtual interviews which were great and engaging. The third interview was a mess; the interviewer was late, claimed to be in a taxi so couldn't use video, seemed checked out, had connection issues, and then just hung up. It felt like a complete waste of my time, and I wondered if this would have happened if I were male. After that, it took two weeks of me chasing them for feedback before I got a vague email with no specifics. The whole process was awful, I wasn't kept in the loop, and if someone's taking time out for an interview, they deserve basic courtesy like showing up on time and not being in a taxi! Given all this, I would have rejected the offer, which is a pity because other people's experiences seem to have been much better.

We started with a group task where we had to work together to solve a problem given a scenario. It was all about seeing how we'd team up, lead, chat, think, and agree. Then, I had an individual task with situational questions to see how I'd handle challenges alone, like workplace stuff, conflicts, or job-specific problems. They wanted to see my logic, decision-making, how adaptable I am, and if I can stay cool under pressure. Finally, I had to give a 'Why Me?' presentation to show why I'm the best fit, talking about my strengths, experience, values, and how I match the company's goals. They're looking for a well-structured, engaging talk with real examples.
