Uploaded my CV on the website, then got an email for a screening call from Talent Acquisition. Had a formal screening call with them. Then a formal 90-minute interview, followed by a Sage optional questionnaire. The whole process was very professional, especially from the Talent Acquisition team.

I had two phone calls with a recruiter. She did a nice job of describing the opportunity and how it may or may not fit with my background. We discussed Sage Intacct, the people that I would be working with, and the culture of the organization. I felt like I had a good understanding of the role and the company by the time I was done. I then had an onsite interview day where I met with several of my potential colleagues to discuss the role and how it could add value to the company and the department. It included lunch and the ability to check out the office environment and culture. It was great!

Behavioral Presentation

The HR team was quick to respond and very friendly. They organized the interviews really fast. The first two interviews were quite relaxed. The second interview went on for about 2 hours, which included a presentation and a role-play exercise. Throughout all the interviews, they kept mentioning that they have a high turnover rate for Team Leaders, which was a bit concerning. I asked about other potential challenges, but nothing else was brought up until the final interview, where they discussed performance issues within the team.
