You'll interview with a bunch of the big wigs in the company first. It's a really thorough process that covers all the bases of running a hotel. After that, you meet with the folks who own the hotel. They give you another perspective, but everyone's on the same page.

I got my first call about 4 days after applying. They did a pretty long phone interview (45 min) about my business experience. Then I had a 1:1 with three people. They were nice and asked normal interview questions. One question about my 'best professional success' came up twice. They didn't ask many job-specific questions, which I regret. I felt good during the interview and liked the office vibe. They said I'd get feedback in a week. After 10 days, I emailed them and heard nothing. Three weeks later, I followed up again. Months later, still nothing, and the job's reposted. It's a bummer that companies don't send rejection emails anymore. I still think it's a great company, but I'm confused by the silence.

First, there was a phone call where they asked me some basic things about my strengths, weaknesses, and resume. Then, I had one-on-one interviews with five different people at their office. The questions were a mix of basic and behavioral. I got the job offer over the phone and got to ask any last questions. They also did a drug test and background checks.

I saw a posting and knew someone that worked there. They passed on my info to their Director and the Director contacted me. Had a one-on-one interview with the Director of Sales and Marketing. Felt good about the discussion. He was very open about the salary and expectations. I did not hear anything back after, even though I requested a follow up, so I could close that chapter of the process and heard nothing.
