You'll have one interview with the division manager and then another with your direct supervisor. It's a pretty straightforward interview process. They'll ask you some questions about yourself and your background, but mostly they'll focus on questions related to the job position itself.

We had a phone call, then I interviewed with the Treatment Director and some other staff. After that, there was a background check, and I had to submit my fingerprints, proof of car insurance, and driver's license. Then I spoke with the State Director on the phone. HR made an offer, and I had to get a TB test. I accepted the position, and the whole thing took about 3 weeks.

Behavioral

I applied online with a resume and cover letter. Then I had an in-person interview with the treatment director. After that, the treatment director passed my application along and I got a phone call from the regional director for a phone interview. I got an offer from HR about a week after the second interview. I asked for a higher salary and they accepted after I gave them reasons why (like having lots of experience before getting my degree).

It was a panel interview with 4 people, the Director and 3 supervisors. It was in a small office, and the vibe was chill. SAFY has a lot of people leaving, so they really need to hire good people, especially if they have a CSW. They only have 3 case manager spots, one under each supervisor, so they need folks who can actually do assessments and diagnoses.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How would you assess and diagnose a given case scenario?
