First I spoke with the Hiring Manager, then in the second round I met with some different people from the team. The team members were all very pleasant to chat with and didn't ask any tough questions. However, the Chief Actuary asked me some questions that weren't related to the job, which felt pretty rude and unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone screening, then I had two more interviews, either virtual or in-person, with the managers. They also gave me a 45-question assessment testing my knowledge of Microsoft suite stuff, how to handle emails properly, and time management skills.

The interview process was fast and fair. Everyone I met was skilled and friendly. It was a mix of personality and technical questions. There were three rounds in total, and everything was finished within a month. I met with four people in total, and the last part was an in-person meeting.
