Claims Adjuster
The interview process was simple and straightforward with multiple stages. It started with a phone screen, followed by a Zoom meeting with HR, and concluded with a Zoom meeting with the management team. The whole process wrapped up in about two weeks.
- What prompted you to leave your previous job?
Operations Trainee
The whole thing from applying to the interview day was pretty simple and fast. The interview day itself had two sessions back to back, which were straightforward with standard questions. Nothing surprising.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- What motivates your interest in working for this company?

I applied online and got a phone interview pretty quick, like the next day. Then they set up an in-person interview for me. I went in for it at the end of May and met with three people: HR, the manager, and the director. They were all really nice. I sent thank-you emails to everyone. It took about a month and I still hadn't heard back, so I emailed again to check on my status, but no response. I ended up calling the HR manager after a bunch of unanswered emails, and she said they were just swamped with vacations and stuff. She mentioned I'd hear something in a few weeks, either by email, phone, or mail. Three months later, and I still haven't heard anything.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Property Claims Adjuster
The interview process was average. You meet with HR, and then the direct supervisors. Management might interview you at their discretion. The hiring team usually has a good feel for your experience and who you are before inviting you for an in-person interview. Candidates who are genuine with them have a better chance of being hired. They really value hard-working people. They aren't looking for people who want to make changes, even if they're good changes. They have a very modest culture and want candidates who respect that.
- What motivates you to work for Safety?
