The interview process started with an AI interviewer, done over video. It was unique, and they mentioned to be very specific because anything outside of what was asked would restart the whole question. I decided to withdraw my candidacy after thinking about the process. I feel that the candidate experience is a big reflection of organizational culture and values, and I didn't feel that attention at all. They mentioned that for higher roles, there are 5 rounds before a decision is made.

So, the first part was like this one-way video thing with questions already set up. After that, there were a bunch of live interviews. Second round was with the hiring manager and some higher-ups in product and tech. Then, round three, I talked to four product people who would actually report to me. Round four, I interviewed with four engineers. And the last one was with the design lead. I mean, it was cool to meet so many people and learn about the company, but honestly, it was a total letdown because they just ghosted me afterward. I put in a ton of time across five rounds, and then... nothing. No update, no nothing. It's not that the process was too long or anything, it's just super unprofessional and disrespectful to get completely ignored after all that.

Instead of a typical HR screening call, the company uses a third-party platform for a recorded one-way interview. The questions were interesting and I don't really have issues with this setup, but it needs good management to work well. I thought the hiring manager's communication was messy and not well-planned. The email asking for the one-way interview had the wrong job title. After I finished the first interview, I didn't hear back for almost 3 weeks, and that email was also disorganized. I'm in the middle of the second round with another company, and the process has been completely different from my limited experience with SRH. Based on their website, SRH seems like a great company, and I hope they improve their screening methods to better match their company values.

The interview process started with a leadership round where they asked both technical and managerial questions. Then, I moved on to the technical teams for round 2, which involved more in-depth technical questions. Finally, I had a third round with the leadership team again to wrap up with any remaining questions or thoughts.
