Case Coordinator
It takes a while for them to get back to you, and then they'll hold group interviews, with one interviewee and two to five interviewers. It's sometimes difficult to understand their description of the position. They ask a lot of questions.

Program Administrator
The interview process was pretty standard, like for everyone else. They ask you questions about your past experience and how you'd tackle situations using the skills you've got.

The main thing is to ensure you're organized and can handle working in a correctional setting. Dealing with people in jail or an ATC presents unique difficulties that are tough to predict.
- How comfortable would you be working with individuals who have committed crimes?
Instructional Facilitator
So before this, I had to fill out three apps, plus the first one I did online. Then, I took a test for math, reading, and comprehension. After that, I was brought into this small interview room where three people asked me some questions. Finally, they gave me a pencil and paper and told me to make an assignment for someone who was refusing to do any work that day.
