It started with a quick phone chat, then I talked with the manager and supervisor on another call. There was an in-person meeting right before I was supposed to start. They were quick with the offer and easy to talk to.

I applied online and then heard back via email asking me to reach out to the hiring manager on Signal. So I messaged them with my name and the job I was interested in. The hiring manager then asked me for my full name, the job title again, and my email. It felt weird asking for the same info again, especially since my name is so unique they should find me and they already have my email. Didn't feel like they were really interested. Also, it was a red flag that the hiring manager didn't seem to read my message or wasn't aware I was applying.
