First there was a quick phone screen, then I went for a one on one at their corporate office in Folsom. My interviewer Kevin was super nice, which made things way more chill. The interview itself was pretty easy but they really dug deep, asking tons of questions from a packet, mostly about situations and my past work. The whole thing, including security and talking to the recruiter, was about 40 minutes. Saw Stace for like 2 mins, reviews are right. Got an email 2 days later saying they're going with other people. It was a good experience with Safe and Kevin, but I wish they'd said why I wasn't moving on.
- Can you share a situation where a customer was very angry with you, and describe how you dealt with it?
- What would your previous supervisor identify as your greatest strength and your greatest weakness?
- How do you define professionalism?

I found the job online and applied. About a week later, I got emails with assessments about customer service and money handling (checks, deposits). Four days after that, I had my first interview. It was mostly about my past jobs, asking things like why I was leaving my current one and what my boss would say about my strengths and weaknesses. They contacted me an hour after that interview to schedule a second one for about a week later. The second interview was tougher, around 45 minutes, and focused on situational/behavioral questions, like how I'd motivate a team if morale was low. I got another call an hour later and was offered the job! This company moves fast when they like you.
- Describe a time when you made a poor judgment.
- What makes you want to leave your current employment?
- What is one positive and one negative trait your supervisor would mention about you?

Finding the building was a bit tricky, so I'd recommend arriving a bit early. I checked in with Stace and then waited about 10 more minutes for Sue. She started by reviewing the jobs I applied for and their descriptions, then asked for some details about my work history. Following that, we moved on to the standard interview questions. I got to ask her about three questions at the end. She mentioned they'd begin the background check and that if I moved forward, I'd have a second and final interview with another manager. The background check typically takes 5-10 days. She called me on Monday, and the interview was on Tuesday.
- What would you say is your biggest weakness?
- Can you describe a time you made an error with a customer and how you corrected it?
- Tell me about a disagreement you had with a coworker and how you managed to resolve it.

I applied online and got an email about 2 days later to schedule an interview. The email said to call them. I called like 3 times during weekday mornings and nobody picked up. The next day I called 5 times and someone finally answered at 1pm. The phone interview went fine, just some basic behavioral questions. Then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I got there early but they made me wait about 20 minutes past our scheduled time. I felt like the interview went okay and they said they'd be in touch. It's been almost a month and I still haven't heard back. It would've been nicer to get a rejection email.
- Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a manager.
