There was an Excel test, then I met with the heads of departments and had some quick questions with the CFO. It was tricky, but if you know your technicals and are good with Excel, you'll do great. You gotta show drive.

So I applied and got a call to set up a phone screen with HR. The recruiter was supposed to call at 4pm, but they didn't. I emailed them, and they called back to apologize, saying an interview ran long. It felt a bit rude given my time, but it happens. We rescheduled for 5:30. The interview seemed to go okay, but then I never heard back, not even after I emailed asking for an update. It's fine if I'm not the right fit or if someone else is better, but ghosting candidates is not cool.

The interview process was fair and easy. It was a satisfying experience, and everyone was very welcoming. I felt heard and understood. The process was suspenseful but I met very great HR staff. I love Andrew Pickens and most the staff at that establishment.

It was a really weird interview process. First, there was a recruiter phone screen where the person seemed to put me on mute or was recording me, and there were these really long pauses. Then, I had another interview with some leaders, and it was also not a clear or linear experience. I couldn't even tell what the job was. They seemed really scattered. I'd say to avoid this place.
