It was good, I enjoyed it. They asked about my resume and projects and gave good feedback. Then they asked me questions based on my resume and projects. After that, there was a DSA round and then an HR round.

Behavioral Presentation Case

So the interview process for the sales role was like, four parts. First, a recruiter call for like 20-30 mins, just checking your background, sales history, and why you wanna work here. They asked about hitting quotas, sales cycles, and if you liked our company. Then you had a 45-min chat with the sales manager, either online or in person. They wanted to see how you sell, manage your area, and deal with pushback. Lots of behavioral questions to see if you can solve problems and bounce back. Next, you met 2-3 people from sales or other teams. This was about teamwork, talking clearly, and fitting in with our vibe. They threw scenarios at you and did role-plays, like a fake sales call or pitching something. Finally, you had to prep and give a presentation or a plan for a sales territory. This showed how you research, know the product, and present. Leadership looked at your big-picture thinking and how you carry yourself.

A good interview usually means the candidate and interviewer communicated well. The candidate might have shown they were confident, had the right skills, and understood the company. It's also good if there was a personal and cultural connection, showing a good cultural fit. Also, a successful interview had good questions and short answers that gave valuable info about the candidate's qualifications and if they fit the job. The overall impression is positive, with both sides happy with how it went and with moving forward in the hiring process.

I applied for an administrative position, but unfortunately, it wasn't for that area. I only had one stage, which was an interview with HR. After that, I wasn't called because it wasn't my area, so I decided to wait a bit longer.
