I had a really bizarre interview experience with these folks. The process involved three rounds of interviews, which then led to an onsite interview where I met with several teams and completed whiteboard challenges. I thought things went pretty well, and I felt like I had a decent chance of getting an offer. It's been over a month now, and even though I've followed up multiple times and sent thank-you notes, I haven't heard back at all from the recruiter or anyone I spoke with. It's frustrating to not get any response, even a rejection.

It was a disorganized and sloppy interview process with little-to-no human input. Even though they used Jobvite for onboarding, I still had to fill out a 5-page employment application by hand. The on-site interviews were highly unprofessional. They insisted I bring a laptop for a technical assessment, but then said I wouldn't need it when I got there. The interviewers didn't make eye contact and were constantly and unapologetically answering text messages. Random people also kept barging into the conference room, and the interview was eventually cut short for a meeting. A week later, with no prior contact, I received a form letter stating they had no open positions and offered no feedback.

I applied for the entry level programmer role via Glassdoor. This was super quick, really fast! Within 3 hours of applying, I got a call from HR to schedule a Skype interview for the next morning. That interview was just a general chat about my experience, languages I know, and past projects - no technical stuff then. They also asked for a short coding sample, which I emailed later that day. Right after the Skype call, I got scheduled for a technical phone interview with a Senior Developer after the weekend. I was told beforehand it'd be HTML, CSS, and Javascript, which helped me prep. The interview was on jsfiddle and included front end, data structures, and algorithm questions. Even though I messed up the website part since I have no front end experience, he was cool and we moved on. About an hour after that, I got an email inviting me for an in-office interview later that week with a Project Manager and the Director of Software Engineering. This felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. We talked about my past projects and experiences, then moved to more specific questions about languages, frameworks, and CS topics from my resume. No whiteboards were used. The next day, they asked to contact my references, and two days after that, I got an offer.
