The first interview was a Skype call, pretty basic get to know you call, why are you applying for this job, and mainly qualification questions. Second call was with the VP of Sales, very casual and very friendly. They asked about my work history, why I was considering the job and how I saw myself growing in this position. Seemed like they were gauging what type of person I was. Next two meetings were at the HQ offices with the potential team members. The questions were a lot more detailed but the interview wasn't stressful. We went over my past careers and how it can apply to this job. Explained what day to day activity would look like and how performance would be not only review but also how the tools would be given to me to succeed. All in all the interview process was detailed but never gave off a negative feeling.

The initial interview was conducted via Skype. The recruiter was reportedly rude, which I can now confirm. It felt like their standards have significantly declined. The recruiter was unprofessional and indifferent, leaving a poor impression of the role and company. They didn't inquire much about my background, and when I tried to ask questions, they were dismissed. I was frequently interrupted, leading to a struggle to speak. A key piece of advice for the interviewer: avoid condescension, as everyone has been in a similar position. Being nicer would be beneficial as you represent the company. On a positive note, the recruiter was upfront about the Business Development Associate role being a pure sales position, which I found ironically amusing given the title overlap with sales, but their honesty was appreciated.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone interview with the recruiter where we talked about my past job and they explained what SADA does. Then, I had a video interview over Hangouts with my potential boss. We talked more about the role, challenges I've dealt with, and the technical side of their products and services. They were interested in my current knowledge of cloud technology and my ability to learn more. The last interview was with the whole team. We discussed these topics further, and I had to give a presentation on a technology I chose, which was G Suite. I actually enjoyed the interviews because I'm really into technology, but it might be tough for someone not interested in cloud tech.
