It was a really cool interview process. I got a good vibe for the company right when I got there. The interviewer was super nice and made me feel comfortable. I could tell it's a fast-paced place and not like a typical boring interview. There were three rounds of interviews, which was a bit stressful. I kept hoping I'd make it to the next one after each round. They were really upfront about everything the whole time. They explained the strategy and what steps to take to be successful. They were very informative.

It was easy and straightforward! Since I attend a university in Virginia, I couldn't come in person for an interview, but they were really understanding. I had one Skype interview and one phone interview. It started formally, but by the end, it felt like a casual chat. The company culture showed they are looking for people who fit their very energetic vibe!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The confirmation email mentioned an interview with a high-level person, but I ended up talking to someone else. It was pretty chill though. The interviewer, who spoke super casually, shared his journey from starting at the company to becoming a manager and gave an example of career growth. The questions weren't hard, mostly basic stuff about me, my career goals, and my interest in face-to-face marketing. They were upfront about the role involving a lot of direct sales, unlike other places that use vague titles. They framed it as a path to management, which I appreciated the honesty about, even if I'm not sure if it's true. I came in on three separate days for interviews, which I chose to do; they offered to combine the second and third rounds. All the interviews were with the same person. The first two were typical interviews, and the third was more situational where I reviewed a document and did a practice customer interaction. I left feeling good and was told I'd hear back soon. I got a verbal offer the same day.

The hiring process moved quickly to schedule an interview, which felt more like a pitch for the Client Representative role than a screening. Essentially, it's a sales job where you'll be selling client products like DirecTV in retail stores. The compensation, between $29K and $35K including commissions, is close to minimum wage in Los Angeles, although they mentioned opportunities for rapid advancement. It might be worthwhile if you're just starting out or need to boost your resume.
