I went through a staffing agency, Community College foundation, and had two interviews. I didn't get the job at first, but then I got an offer two weeks later. They had hired someone else, a friend of the manager, but he left because there were no benefits. So I was the second choice, and they ended up keeping me for four years. They really liked me and couldn't believe they almost didn't hire me.
