So first you meet with the HR person and interview with them, then they put you with your potential manager or supervisor, then they have you interview with the department head. Lots of people are involved. Seems like a nice place to work.

The interview process involved three separate meetings, all conducted in a casual manner. I met with a different interviewer in each meeting. The office environment and overall atmosphere were very pleasant. The recruiting team was prompt and helpful in answering any questions I had.

Applied and got a call about a month later for a screening. The initial call was short and covered salary, start date, and basic info. About a week after that, I had an interview scheduled where I was asked to come into the office... during a pandemic. I was surprised but agreed because I thought I'd perform better in person. When I got there, the front desk person wasn't wearing a mask and there were people working without masks in the office. The interview quickly became an interrogation; I'm sure they had a list of questions from HR or the internet and were reading directly from it. They clearly lacked hiring experience. It didn't feel like a conversation to get to know me at all; it was aggressive and uncomfortable. I answered about 40-50 of their questions directly and was emotionally drained by the time they asked if I had any questions. Some of their questions were vague, so the few times I asked for clarification or to be more specific so I could answer properly, it felt like I was a burden and they seemed annoyed. It didn't seem like they actually knew what answers they wanted, just asking certain questions to appear smart or to see how I'd react under pressure. Maybe they were just having a bad day? As we got up to leave, it was apparent I was expected to open the door for them and myself, and I left wondering what just happened. Not a good first impression at all. I expected different treatment after driving an hour to be there in person during a pandemic. I wouldn't recommend this company.

The interviewers were great and professional all the way through. I talked to several people in higher positions from different departments, and they gave me a lot of good info about the company. The interview felt more like a chat than a formal interview.
