The interview was super long and tedious, honestly way too many questions for a tower tech role. It felt like it went on for about 2 hours. The interviewer even admitted it was too long and helped speed things up a bit.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was rescheduled twice. A recruiter contacted me about the Acquisition Zoning and Permitting Specialist position. The interview was a group session with 14 other candidates. Kelly from SAC discussed the role, but was vague about expectations. The recruiter and Kelly made the job sound simple. Then, each candidate was interviewed individually. I spoke with Janet, an attorney and trainer, who was pleasant but hard to read. She also didn't explain the job much and only asked about my organizational skills and motivation for working there. Kelly should have been clearer about the job's actual tasks instead of being so generic.

It was a quick process. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then met them in person the same day. The following week, I went for a group interview and a 1-on-1 at SAC.
