The process was very good and fast, taking only 10 days after submitting my resume. I was then invited to an online test covering logical reasoning and basic math. Following that, there was an online group meeting via Teams where each person briefly spoke about their experiences.

They explained the job and benefits, asked general questions about strengths and weaknesses, and made an offer for a start in a week. However, there was no follow-up. When I inquired, they said the position was put on hold.

The interview process was terrible, they clearly didn't know what they were doing. It seemed like the position was already promised to someone's relatives. The interview was conducted very poorly. They also messed up the job description, stating one thing and then presenting something completely different during the interview.

It was a bureaucratic and tiring process. There were some tests and an online group dynamic. If approved, there was another group dynamic, this time in person with the managers. The candidate filtering and selection is terrible. There were several areas available, and you choose your preference during registration, but it doesn't matter in the end. I was placed in a dynamic with finance managers, which I'm not even interested in. I had to compete with candidates from fields like economics and accounting, who obviously have an advantage because they fit the requirements. Unfortunately, that wasn't the biggest problem. 99jobs (the company responsible for the process) conducted a completely silly - not to say crude - experience. Between dice games, drinking water, and answering cliché questions, even the managers didn't react, they seemed embarrassed by the charade. In the end, after the cases, they chose a few for an individual interview. I, who interacted and shared ideas, wasn't chosen. Some people who were related to company employees, and didn't contribute anything to the activities, were called. I couldn't even feel frustrated about the wasted time and money, I just laughed. After all, all this fuss with group dynamics and similar things that only cause anxiety and make you feel not good enough are useless; what really counts are the contacts you make or the personality that pleases the most.
