I applied online and then had a phone screening to see if I was qualified. After that, I had in-person interviews where I had to show my product knowledge and customer service skills. Finally, they checked my references before making me a job offer.

The interview process started with a written test that included reasoning and aptitude questions. These questions seemed easy but were challenging to complete within the time limit. After passing the written test, I had interviews the very next day. The first interview was technical, and the second was an HR round. The technical interview covered shell scripting and Linux network commands.
