Started with a quick phone screening, then had a more formal phone interview with a technical test, and finished with a 1-on-1 chat with my potential manager about the daily tasks and what a typical day looks like.

I was contacted directly by Sabel about an overseas position while I was transitioning out of the military and stationed in the same location. We discussed my interests and goals, and within a few days, I received a conditional offer to start right after my terminal leave. This offer was contingent on a background check and client approval. I inquired about the client approval timeline and specifics. I was informed that Sabel's DoD positions are secure, but finalization takes time. I waited overseas for a month during my transition, only to be told the position wouldn't be available until later in the fiscal year and that I should 'pursue other opportunities.' I strongly advise caution if considering Sabel; they might extend offers they can't fulfill, leaving you to bear the risk.

Applied for the role and did an online assessment. Was told I would get a job offer soon but never received one. Reached out via email, but didn't hear back.
