I had an initial phone chat with a recruiter based in NY. After that, I went through 3 more interviews with the team leads and a direct report. It was really easy to schedule and everyone communicated well. All the interviews were done online. It was a mix of standard interview questions and just regular chats.

Had a bunch of phone interviews with the main leaders here. Then, I did an all-day in-person interview with 8 people from different departments. They asked really good questions, and the people asking them were skilled and seemed into it. The HR team is amazing. They followed up really well to keep me interested, using both email and phone. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. I got a tour of the agency. We had lunch and talked openly about the good and bad points of joining the agency. The senior leaders were really engaged and showed genuine interest in me.

You'll typically meet with a rep from each department: Account, Director PM, and CD. Most importantly, we assess culture fit. While experience is important, we're really looking for someone who will naturally become part of the 'family' we've built.
