Member Service Representative
The interview process felt way too long for just one job. I got asked more than 15 questions, mostly behavioral and 'tell me about a time' type questions. I've done a lot of interviews, but this one was just too much and felt like I was being asked the same things over and over. The interviewer kept asking if I was cool with the hours, the schedule, getting equipment, and learning new stuff for a whole year, which honestly made it seem like they were trying to talk me out of the job. Based on what other employees have said about management and the work environment, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with a customer or your supervisor?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle an angry customer.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Data Analyst
The process usually has a few steps: first a quick call, then some technical or behavioral interviews, and sometimes a last chat with someone higher up. They want to see if your skills, what you've done, and if you fit in are a good match for the job and the company.
- In what ways can your past experience contribute to the company's future success?
Real Estate Servicing Specialist
The interview process was very straightforward and simple. I believe I interviewed lasted for about 40min and it was clear that they desperately needed people. Be warned though, depending on the role you are applying to you could be applying for a call center position and may not even know it.
- Can you describe a time you had a conflict at work and how you resolved it?
Consumer Loan Processor
The interview process seemed promising at first, and I was excited to be contacted. It involved two managers, lasted over an hour, and I thought I was in line for a third interview, if not the job itself. The managers mentioned they were waiting for the decision maker to return from vacation for a third interview to finalize offers. I had previously applied for a position with the company and expressed my excitement about being called this time. For some reason, this changed the entire tone. Both managers immediately seemed uninterested, wanting to end the interview abruptly and dismissively. I was confused about what I said to cause this behavior, especially since they had previously said they would be in contact. They never did follow up, not even with a rejection notice. Honestly, I'm glad they didn't after that experience, and I will NEVER apply with this company again. They wasted my time and were extremely rude, which says a lot about their management.
- What makes your experience a good fit for this role?
- What type of work environment are you seeking?
