I was contacted about my resume because I was looking for a new job. The recruiter asked me about my experience, my education, and if I could do an in-person interview at corporate. I set up the interview, and then met my potential director and another finance executive. They were nice and professional. They asked about my experience and if I had any questions about the company, the role, or the position. About a week later, I got an offer letter and started the next week.

I was recruited via Indeed. The first call went great. The second call, however, was cancelled just 5 minutes beforehand because I lacked experience in some obscure program that was never brought up previously. I rearranged my whole day for it and felt it was super rude.
