The interview process felt like a friendly journey, starting with a warm HR round that explored personal and professional facets. It smoothly transitioned to a technical conversation, where thoughtful questions made it feel more like a meaningful discussion than an evaluation. This approach allowed a comprehensive understanding of both interpersonal and technical skills, creating a positive and engaging experience.

The interview was more about hobbies and what you do in your free time rather than what job responsibilities you can perform. The interview room is dark, small stingy room. They take their own sweet time to come and interview you. There are various people interviewing you and they are informed a few minutes before they have to interview you. The sales director kept looking at the resume for 15 mins and said the same thing over and over again. They dont have a clear vision and a clear idea about what they are looking in the candidate. The Hr and the President have no clear idea about anything. Overall it was a very poor experience.

Started with a short and friendly phone call. Then there was a 50 minute online quiz. After passing that, I was contacted to set up an in person interview. The in person interview involved speaking with the VP, HR, a Subject Matter Expert, and the president, and also included a tour of the facility. The experience was negative because they didn't respect my time. I was asked to return multiple times, and even after agreeing on a time, I had to wait an hour past the scheduled start time to speak with the person I was supposed to meet.

The process was nice and moved quickly at first. It started with a phone call, followed by a logic test that wasn't too hard. Then, there was an in-person interview with HR, engineering, and the VP. Everything seemed to be going well, but I never heard back after the final in-person interview.
