The interview process was really drawn out and messy. I went through a few stages: a written test, a reading comprehension part for a language, and then interviews with various people from different levels. After I was told I passed everything, I was just waiting to hear back. But even when I followed up, they gave me vague reasons like scheduling problems or holidays. One time they said I'd hear back in a few days, but weeks passed with no news. Finally, they told me they went with someone else who had already accepted the job. The whole thing took months and made me feel like a backup. The lack of clear communication made it a really frustrating experience.

So the process had 3 rounds total. It started with 1 written assessment, and then 2 interviews. The first interview was a quick chat with a senior team member, lasted about 15 minutes, nothing too crazy. The second and final interview was the tough one. It included interviews with both the manager and the director of the APAC region, who was super sharp.

There were 5 stages. First, a pre-screening call where the recruiters were super nice. Then, a written assessment to test your writing skills. After that, an interview with team members to see if you'd be a good fit for the team, checking your personality and skills. Another written assessment followed, this time testing your research skills. Finally, an interview with higher-up associates to see if you're a good analyst, using case scenario-based questions. Overall, it's a thorough and long process, but the people are kind and authentic, they keep you informed, and the stages make sense for the role.
