O processo foi tranquilo, mas o RH parece um pouco confuso. Eles pedem a documentação por e-mail, mas também solicitam que leve uma cópia. Além disso, houve um tempo de espera e pouquíssimas orientações para chegar ao departamento de RH.

It started with a quick call to go over my background. Then I had my first interview with some mid-level associates, followed by interviews with partners. The last interview was with the general counsel. It wasn't a stressful interview at all, felt more like a friendly chat. I'd suggest that anyone interested in this role do some solid research on the company's history beforehand.

To get into the company, you need to pass a public service exam or have experience that justifies direct hiring for a trusted position. In my case, I passed the exam and, after 2 years, I became a supervisor because I already had a solid career, started long before I joined Metrô. After passing the exam, you are chosen to fill one of the available positions and there is no room for input. After being hired, there is an opportunity to request a transfer.
