It was a very professional and thorough interview process. We had one round of interviews in the office with the team leads. They asked creative questions and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person. After the interview, I got to meet the office staff and see the labs.

It was a panel interview with the HR Manager, Lead Administrator and Area Manager which lasted approximately 1 hour. The HR Manager asks the majority of the questions. A couple days later I was offered the position.

Applied and then a week later had a 20 minute phone interview where they talked about the company, their work, projects, and gauged my interest. A week after that, I went in office for an onsite interview. I met everyone in the office and we went out to lunch. Mostly just talking and I asked them questions. Got an offer a week later.
