The interview process has 4 stages: a call, a technical interview, a personality interview, and a phone interview. The hiring manager in France is overseeing the process. The whole thing took less than 2 weeks.

Manager
First, a phone call with HR to set up a meeting. Then, an in-person meeting with HR at the site. After that, a meeting with the Manager and the person who will be my teammate to go over the job transition. The hiring process was fast, under 7 days. The offer was made quickly. I got a tour of the site and met the teams.

Maintenance Technician
I was first greeted by the HR assistant. Then I had an interview with her, the maintenance manager, and the team leader. They described the group, the site, and the safety rules. Then they talked about the job opening. Finally, they asked me questions to see if I was a good fit for the role.
