First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ryzen Solutions.
Video Editor
The interviewer was nice and asked me some questions about my background. They also wanted me to show them my portfolio and talk about the projects I've worked on. It was a good interview overall.
- Could you tell me how many years you've been working as a Video Editor?
Process Technician
It was a typical phone screen interview with the recruiter. They asked general questions about the HR aspects of the job. It was strictly a contract position for two years, with no paid time off for holidays or vacation, and no opportunity for direct hire by the company.
- Can you explain the no paid time off policy and asked if this was acceptable?
Technical Recruiter
It was a really straightforward process. First, there was a 30-minute phone interview. Then, I had an onsite interview that lasted 45 minutes and involved a panel of three people. The CEO was great and made me feel really comfortable, giving me a clear picture of how things operate there.
- Can you tell me about the types of roles you've recruited for?
- What drives your passion for working as a recruiter?
- Describe your methods for sourcing candidates.
PC Chaser
They were really good at reaching out to me by phone. They explained the job requirements clearly, and our conversation helped me get ready for the interviews with their client. I've interviewed with them multiple times before. They seemed to really care about my application and understood the job's details well. I felt prepared for the interviews they set up.
- What motivates you to want this particular job and what's your main driving goal?
- What will keep you motivated and coming to work even during difficult or gloomy periods?
