The interview process for this role was pretty standard and included a competency assessment. I went through three interview rounds with people from different teams, and they extended a job offer after the third one. It was one of the easier interview processes I've gone through.

I have to wonder if this company is actually looking to hire for the positions they have posted. Lack of communication with candidates is a theme. I have been talking with multiple talent reps from this company but the trend is the same no matter who you get matched with. They recently went through a merger and you typically don't see companies hiring right after that. Add on the zero urgency they shown in the process leads me to believe they are not serious about hiring right now.

I went through the whole interview process for this position, which involved multiple stages including a panel interview and an assignment with 8-10 questions. I did everything, even sent a follow-up thank you email, but I never heard back from HR about my application status. I was really hoping for this job and thought completing all the steps would lead to an offer or at least an update, but I got nothing. It was a really disappointing and disrespectful experience given the time and effort I put in. I honestly expected better from this agency.

I had a 30-minute call with a recruiter, and then they asked me to do a technical assessment. The assessment didn't really give me enough data to provide meaningful answers, but I submitted it anyway. They didn't even confirm they received it, which I thought was rude. I followed up a week later, more out of curiosity for feedback than anything, and was told they went with someone else. They mentioned the role would manage 20-25 accounts with a base pay of $75k and no commission, which is pretty bad, but I figured I'd see it through since I'm just starting my job search.
