Got the interview through a reference. First, I applied using the reference ID, and they had to accept it from my workday portal. Then there was a resume shortlist, followed by a group discussion or jam session, and then two technical interviews, each lasting an hour. The whole process can be quite lengthy and takes a while.

The interview experience was chill, like the interviewer let me lead and ask my own questions. It was more like a chat than an interrogation, which I've had before.

I recently applied for a senior Tax Associate position through an internal job posting at Ryan LLC. The leadership team was really helpful, giving me mock interviews. Their encouragement, guidance, and advice were super valuable and helped me nail the interview process for the internal job opening. Management has recognized my efforts. Excited for the new role and responsibilities.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • This interview was entirely focused on behavioral questions, and how well I understood the new role's responsibilities and my current performance.
