I started with an aptitude/attitude test. Then I had interviews with 5 partners at their headquarters. The travel and accommodations were excellent. I did one-on-one interviews with the partners, and they also arranged a dinner with employees. The questioning was very detailed because being a team player and accommodating is crucial given how closely we work in teams.

Recruiter reached out to see if I was interested. There was a phone screen, then some tests, and finally in-person interviews which were done via video conference. I interviewed with senior folks I'd be working with. Ryan really values fit, so understanding the people you'll work with is crucial in the interview. It's basically a two-way street where you're interviewing them too.
