There were three rounds: first a recruiter screen, then a manager/leader + panel interview, and finally a "live demo" presentation to a Leader and their team. The first two rounds were professional and well-structured, but things fell apart at the end. I had zero notice on the final deliverable. The day before the demo, at 5:12 p.m., I got a scenario document. I had asked for the scenario document the week before and got no reply. The recruiter lied about the lead time, then claimed it was fair for all candidates to get the case at the same time. The panel agreed the scenario should have been sent earlier. The recruiter then gas-lighted me with a follow-up claim in writing.
- Can you give me some general questions about the demo?
- Can we do a role play?

The process started with a recruiter reaching out through Handshake after I applied. Then there was an interview with the Hiring Manager, which was really friendly and I felt comfortable sharing my background without being stressed; they seemed keen for me to perform well. The next step was a Principal Interview, which focused more on culture and understanding my needs. I got a clear picture of the firm's priorities, and they were upfront about everything. They also put a lot of emphasis on employee wellness and discussed benefits. The whole thing took about three weeks.
- How do you manage your time effectively when juggling many tasks?
- Can you describe a time you had to implement a project with many uncertainties?

Recruiter call was on campus and very easy going. Then there was an online personality test and IQ test. After that I filled out a work experience and application forms. Then I had an interview with multiple interviewers. They asked questions, had Q&A sessions, and then lots of fit questions. It seemed like they already knew I was qualified and wanted to see if I fit in with the company. The following Monday I got a link to fill out references. Then a background check with HireRight. HireRight's background service is terrible. It moves extremely slow and their customer support was terrible. The background check took the longest. I worked for a law firm doing these searches while in college and it took me 2 hours to do something that took them 9 business days. Again the background check was AWFUL but was not run by Ryan it was outsourced. Overall great experience with Ryan so far.
- Why didn't you consider the Big 4?
- Tell me about a time you disagreed with a team member.
