This took about a month with several rounds. They called me every 15-20 minutes, repeatedly. Salary and openings were not mentioned. It takes around 45-50 days from the first interview to get an offer. The HR department was terrible, not responding to calls or emails, and not even informing about rejection. They don't care about feelings. So, be prepared for a very long process.

HR reached out after my application and referral were submitted. A few weeks later, I interviewed with staff and under management. Another few weeks passed, and I had a second interview with upper management. The whole process took about two months. The phone calls with HR were great and they were flexible with my work schedule. I ended up taking a significant pay cut to join.

The interview was mostly behavioral, with very few technical questions. This is because the tax analysis work is usually learned on the job, and they didn't expect candidates to know much beforehand.
