Software Engineer
The recruiter interaction was terrible. He barely introduced himself and seemed impatient. He immediately asked why I applied and what I know about the company. After I answered, he was condescending, saying things like 'is that all you know?', 'did you even do any research?', and 'you should know more...'. I felt I had given sufficient answers, but he was passive-aggressive and unpleasant. I ended the meeting after 5 minutes and didn't continue. I wouldn't recommend this experience.

Product Owner
The interview process was smooth, consisting of 3 rounds with the Former PO, Lead Dev, and Chief PO. It was mostly a professional conversation to understand my background and experiences. The recruiter was responsive and provided timely feedback. The entire process took 2 weeks, and I received an offer after the third interview. The personnel were professional and driven.
- Given a list of tasks, which would you prioritize and execute first, and why?
Marketing
I was sleep deprived and had to drive through many states to see family. I should have rescheduled my interview because my brain wasn't functioning well. When I joined the Google Meeting, I couldn't hear the interviewer because his voice was robotic, so I had to repeat things back. He offered a Zoom meeting later, which I should have taken, but I said we could proceed as long as I could see him. The interviewer never fixed their camera, so I was looking at a black screen the entire time. Seeing them would have helped me answer questions better, especially since I had trouble hearing. Given this interview process, I'd advise against applying to this company or their SingleCare division. They mentioned they could improve operations efficiency, which seems very true after this awful experience.

- Tell me about a Tik Tok Ads campaign you ran, if you've used the platform.
- Describe a Meta Ads campaign you were involved in.
Director, Consultant Relations and Growth Strategy
I applied for the Director, Consultant Relations and Growth Strategy role at RxSense on 6/25/2025 and got an automated reply on 6/26/2025 to schedule an interview. Before the interview, I saw the job posting on LinkedIn changed from Remote to on-site in New York City. Since I'm not local and wasn't planning to move, I told the Recruiter. She mentioned the company wants people back in the Manhattan office, but remote could be negotiated if I got the job. During the interview, the Recruiter's description of the job wasn't what the posting said. Instead of focusing on the consulting part, it seemed like they needed a salesperson. We also talked about pay. For a Director position in a niche industry, needing to be in NYC, they were aiming for $130,000 to $150,000, which is way too low for this job. With over ten years of experience, this salary is more like an analyst's pay, which is a bummer. I also asked if the role had any direct reports, and the Recruiter didn't know. It seems like this job opening might be fake, used for promoting the company, market research, or building a candidate list. Be careful when interviewing with them.
