The interview process was a breeze and moved fast! I enjoyed talking with everyone, and they kept me in the loop about what was next, even with the holidays. HR was super helpful throughout.

The interview process spanned about a week and included some basic questions. What stood out was that they were genuinely engaged and interested in our conversation, making it feel less like an interrogation and more like a discussion. It was a positive experience overall, and I appreciated learning more about the company's values and the specific duties of the role.

I had an initial call with the recruiter, then a call with two Directors. The next step was supposed to be a QBR and Presentation. This recruiter has ghosted me twice now. After the call with the directors, he said he'd let me know by last Friday because they had a meeting. I've followed up twice with no response. It's really disrespectful, and apparently, he does this often based on other reviews. It reflects poorly on the company, and I wouldn't consider working here again.

The first interview went well, and I let them know my availability for the next stage. I even followed up to reconfirm. After that, I heard nothing and was ghosted. I think companies should treat candidates with the same respect they give customers. This makes me wonder what it would be like working there. I'd rather work somewhere that communicates respectfully and on time. It's possible I might do business with RxBenefits in the future, but I'll definitely remember this experience when deciding whether to spend money with them.
