First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rx Savings Solutions.
Software Engineer
There were 4 rounds in total. First was an HR screening, followed by a take-home coding assessment via Code Signal. Then, there was a technical onsite interview. The final round was a call with the VP. Overall, it was an easy process. If you're local to Overland Park, you'll interview at the office, otherwise, it's a phone interview.
- Questions relating to your resume were asked during the technical interview.
- A code walkthrough of your take-home assessment was requested.
- You were asked to provide the optimized solution for the code from the take-home assessment.
Pharmacy Technician
The interview was a formal 2 step process. Your first interview is with the operations manager where you discuss your background experience and why you think you would be a great fit for the company. Details about the role your applying for and how the company originated were also discussed in the first and second interview. If your first interview went well, your second interview will be meeting with the HR manager and the VP of the company. Overall my experience was great!. Staff and management are very polite, professional and answer all of your questions and concerns. Looking forward to working with a great team and company!

Client Success Manager
Applied and got contacted by a recruiter about 5 days later for a brief chat. The very next day, I was contacted to schedule the next interview, which was with another CS Manager. They said I was qualified and would be moving forward. Six days after that, I had an interview with two other team members, possibly directors. Before this interview, the recruiter sent a PDF titled 'A Day in the Life' and I was supposed to discuss for 5 minutes how I'd prioritize the scenarios presented. The interview went well. Two days later, I got an automated rejection email in my spam folder, which felt unprofessional. It just said they were pursuing another candidate. I was told multiple times I met the requirements, so getting rejected after three interviews was confusing. I asked the recruiter for feedback and clarification on which requirements I no longer met, but instead of replying, she forwarded my email to another recruiter I hadn't spoken to. This new recruiter didn't give me the feedback I asked for but mentioned the team thought I'd be a better fit for a different role I'd never done before, and just sent a link to the careers site. It was unhelpful, especially since I just wanted professional courtesy feedback.
- Tell me about a time you convinced someone to say yes after they initially said no.
- How do you adapt your communication approach depending on who you're talking to?
- Describe your method for persuading others to adopt your perspective.
Human Resources Coordinator
A few days after I applied online, they set up a phone interview. The Director was super friendly and welcoming. She asked some really good questions that I hadn't encountered before, which was refreshing. I felt like it went well, but I later got an email saying I wasn't selected for the role.
