First, I was greeted by a staff member and shown into a small lounge. Then, a manager from the employer introduced themselves and explained the company's business activities. Afterward, I was asked to introduce myself and answer the manager's questions about my qualifications and motivation. Finally, I had the opportunity to ask some of my own questions.

Started with a recruiter call, then had two interviews and completed two tests. They extended an offer, which I countered. After that, our next meeting was cancelled without explanation, which felt unprofessional.

It was a pretty normal process. There was a phone screening, a translation test, and then the final interview with the managers. Everything seemed fine, and I even received an offer. They mentioned HR would wait for me to get my work visa. However, three months later, when I informed them I had obtained my visa, they stated they were no longer hiring me due to a hiring freeze. They should have communicated this to me before I reached out. It was quite disappointing and unprofessional.
