A nice 3-round interview, with a pleasant atmosphere and relevant questions. It felt more like a conversation than an interview, which was nice. The interview took place online with 3 senior specialists.

They contacted me via email and we scheduled a call for the next few days. It was remote and lasted about 30 minutes. It was a relaxed and friendly chat where they told me about the job requirements, what they were offering, and so on. They also asked me about what I was doing and how my knowledge could benefit the company.

They contacted me via email from a database, stating they had an opening that fit my profile and asked if I'd like a call to learn more. I took the call, and the first thing they mentioned was that the role was full-time and asked about my salary expectations. I then asked about the job functions, and after a very brief description, they asked about my salary expectations again. When I said I didn't know, they stated it was less than 800 USD and essentially involved Project Manager duties. I told the caller that the offer didn't meet my salary expectations, and they replied that they'd contact me when a new opportunity arose. I'd read online that people at this company feel underpaid, and this offer seems to confirm that.
