The hiring process felt a bit disorganized because it wasn't clear which department this role belonged to, leading to some confusion about who was in charge.

Got an email a day after applying online. We scheduled a phone call within three days. Honestly, this was a really bad interview. The interviewer was super rude, kept cutting me off, and didn't follow basic interview etiquette. She hung up without a word after I finished talking. I asked about getting structured experience, but she said my job would be filling papers. While I get filling is part of the job, it was discouraging that she focused so much on my ability to fill out forms. Her ethics and interview style really reflect the bad reviews about the company's culture.

The first two interviews went well, I clearly communicated which applications I was proficient in. However, the third interview was terrible. Three managers simultaneously bombarded me with questions, which was quite irritating. At that point, I basically gave up and wished them luck finding someone with the required skills without a week's notice to learn their infrastructure. It was very unprofessional, and the company reviews seem to confirm this. They also spoke negatively about the previous storage administrator whose role I would have taken over. Highly unprofessional.

Behavioral Other

Scheduling the in-person interview was tough, felt like they weren't being accommodating. The HR person was nice, but the COO was awful - on his phone, interrupting me, super rude. The interview was really short, so I didn't learn much about the company, and they didn't learn much about me. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time since I rearranged my schedule for it, and they were just rude.
