I submitted a resume and got an email back. My classmates were shocked at how disrespectful the company is. The HR Manager asked all candidates to set aside two days for interviews, but they hadn't even picked who they would interview yet. They asked people they might not even talk to to set aside two days, even though they "had not identified the specific candidates we would like to speak to." Why not just ask the people they want to interview instead of wasting everyone's time? Then they sent another email saying not to contact them because they get hundreds of resumes, even though they were willing to waste my time. They said they get a lot of applications and can't reply to everyone, and they'll only contact people whose skills match. They also said not to ask about the application status and that my email was deleted. I never heard back from them about those two days in August they asked me to keep free. You can tell a lot about a company by how it treats applicants, and I'd tell anyone to avoid this place.

I applied online and got an email about 3-4 weeks later to schedule a phone interview. It happened a week after we set it up, right on time. It was about 20 mins of questions and then 10 mins for my questions. The interviewer was really direct about pay and the job, stating the salary was fixed and lower than average. It was strictly Q&A, no small talk. They mentioned a tough work culture, long hours, and high stress, then asked if the salary was a dealbreaker, which I said yes to because it was too low for the workload. They then said my application was withdrawn.

After applying, I heard back in a day or two from RVK for a quick phone screening call, about 20-30 mins, covering typical stuff like my experience, goals, and the company. The HR person was nice. Then, I had my first real interview over zoom with three RVK folks, lasting about an hour. The questions were deep dives into my experience, education, and knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft products, but not tricky. The interviewers seemed engaged and respected me, and I felt it went well. About a week or two later, I had a second zoom interview with more people from the BD team. The questions were similar to the first round but a bit more technical and situational, like 'tell me about a time...' RVK did a good job explaining the role's expectations and details in both interviews. After another week or two, I submitted references and did some online tests in Excel, Word, PPT, and grammar. They said the tests weren't a dealbreaker but to see where I might need training. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks from application to offer, even during the holidays. RVK was clear about everything – schedule, benefits, expectations – and answered my questions quickly. Be ready to talk a lot about your experience, practice 'tell me about a time' questions, and research the company.
