Hostess
The interview was super chill and fast. I met the manager at the bar of the restaurant. We went over my resume and just talked for about 15 minutes about my experience and some general hospitality stuff.
- Can you tell me about how you manage stress?

It was a really professional start at the location. They were thorough and let me be myself. The manager was easygoing and made things feel relaxed. They asked the usual stuff about my past jobs, how I handle doing many things at once, and when I can work.
- What motivated you to attend this interview?
- What prompted your departure from your prior employer?
Executive Chef
Drove to Columbus twice for the interview, paid for parking myself. Got reimbursed later, but the 4-hour round trip meant taking time away from family and putting off personal stuff.

Great interview process! I felt really comfortable the whole time, and all the leaders were welcoming. I liked the interview team and the onboarding process for this job. Working with all the team members was enjoyable and they made me feel welcome.
