It was a good experience - the team was super friendly and easy to connect with, which made the whole visit even better. Everything was really organized, like the schedule and the interviews, and I liked how smoothly it all went. It really gave me a good vibe about the workplace and the people.

Product Lead
Had 3 virtual rounds. First was with HR where they asked about salary expectations, my current role, etc. Second was with the hiring manager, who asked for details about my current role and then explained what they're looking for in this new position. The third round was a technical interview with another product lead who assessed my technical background and skills.

R&D Intern
The interview process was straightforward and low-pressure. It mainly involved a quick resume review followed by standard behavioral questions. The interviewer inquired about past experiences, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. No technical or case questions were asked—it was just a conversational discussion to get to know my background and fit for the role. Overall, it was a fairly relaxed and easy interview experience.
- Are you a chemical engineer or chemist at heart?
Sales Analyst
I went through three interviews in about 1-2 weeks. It was pretty fast, but after the last interview, they said I'd know something within a week at the latest. A week went by, and I emailed four different people at the company to ask about the job status. I didn't hear back for over a month, and then they told me the job was already taken.
- Can you explain what this job entails in your own words?
- What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
