I met with my boss/territory manager. They asked standard interview questions and were very friendly and easy to talk to. We discussed my prior job experience, why I was looking to switch industries. They also gave a great explanation of what the job entailed and set realistic expectations.

First, there was a pre-screen phone interview. This was mainly to check communication skills and verify my info. After that, I had a web interview with the Division Manager and someone else. It went for about 30 minutes. It was mostly questions about me and any questions I had for them. It was a pretty chill process.

The people I met were very friendly. They asked me to expand on some parts of my resume. There weren't any tough or surprising questions. I had 3 interviews total, with two senior managers and a junior engineer. They just wanted to confirm I understood the company's business and how I'd fit into the role.

I met the Sales Engineer at a conference and gave them my resume. About a week later, a manager contacted me for an in-office interview. This interview was quite relaxed and easygoing. Following that, I had a phone interview with the Engineering Manager, and then an in-person interview with two Engineers. They indicated I'd hear back by the end of the week regarding the job, but I was completely ghosted. My attempts to get an update were met with silence. It would have been better to be informed I wasn't getting an offer than to be left in the dark.
