They ask the normal basic interview questions, nothing specific to the actual job itself. No mention of 12 hour shifts or the need to be on-call until second interview. No mention of benefits or pay even after second interview.
- What is your greatest weakness?
Driver
you will need to check with local owners, for their trucks to drive
- Why do you want to work for us?
Local Driver
Had a free orientation, but I had to pay for my own food and hotel. The people were nice, but it seemed like they were just out to make money and drivers were a dime a dozen. I felt used from the start. I was broke and needed a job, but I got it and was made to work beyond the DOT regulations and hours for deliveries. I'm smart and want to earn more money and be recognized for my intelligence. I've had a CDL license since May 2000 and I'm looking for a better job and more friends.
- They tested my driving skills on the road.
Dispatcher
Hard interview I don't like it . It sucks . The job sucks too I hate it . Blows blows blows blows blows blows
- Tell me your name and your background.
