Behavioral Presentation

I had a recruiter call with an HR person who asked me some quick questions about myself. She then set up a virtual interview which was really cool and fun. After that, they called the next day for an in-person interview with the CEO. He talked about the company, the role, and his own background. The day after, I got a call from HR and got the job after talking with her.

If they are interested in you, they will e-mail you to set up an in-person interview. The first interview was about 10-15 minutes. An Assistant Director will briefly ask you about your knowledge of the company and your reasons for applying. If they want to move forward with a second interview, it will be 30-45 minutes. You will be given a brochure with more company details and information on career growth. They will also ask for more details about you, your strengths and weaknesses, and why you are the best fit for the role.

It was pretty straightforward and laid-back, with a good amount of casual chat. Everyone I talked to was really nice and approachable, making the whole thing feel pretty relaxed. The second interview was definitely more serious and demanding.
