Salesforce Consultant
There are 3 rounds. The first round is a technical ask where they want to know about apex sandbox, order of execution, governor limits, LWC based questions, and integration. The second round is a technical round with a coding-based question about finding duplicate account names. The third round is a managerial round where they ask 'why should we hire you,' 'why you join this company,' 'what is your goal,' 'what is your weakness,' and 'what is your long-term goal.'

Sales
The interview process was pretty strange and frustrating. It started with a super casual intro call with the hiring manager, where they didn't really ask anything about my experience or if I was a good fit. Then, I had to do a take-home case study that took about 20 hours. After that, there was a 30-min behavioral chat with a peer who just read questions off a screen. It was kind of baffling. I got rejected right after that chat. My advice to them would be to do the behavioral interview first, then the case study. That's how it's usually done and it makes sense.
- Tell me about a difficult client you dealt with, and two sub-parts: how did you react, and what would you do differently now?
Customer Service Agent
There was a pre-screening call with an external recruiter (Jordan). Then, three interviews were conducted with team leads and managers: one with the Practitioner Support Manager (Tim), another with the Customer Experience Manager (Mark), and the last with the Head of Customer Operations (Larissa). The interviewers were all friendly, energetic, and relatable. They made the interviews conversational and helped me feel at ease. This team seems to really care about employee development and growth, and everyone is helpful!
- Can you share some information about yourself and your motivations?
- Have you worked with superbills before?
- How do you manage situations where you have multiple competing priorities?
Senior Software Engineer
Started with a screening call with an engineering leader, mostly talking about my background and seeing if I'd fit in. Then I had a take-home test that was supposed to take 4 hours but took me 4-6, though I had a few days to do it. After they checked that, I had a virtual on-site. It included a coding test with an engineer and two behavioral interviews where they asked about my past work. I got good feedback from those and they asked for 3-5 referrals. I also met the CEO/founder for a chat, which also had behavioral-type questions. I liked talking to everyone and they seemed really into the company's mission. It was a bummer that despite all positive feedback, I didn't get an offer in the end. The one-on-one chats were fun and engaging, but the communication was a bit slow and not totally clear.
- How would you build a transactional email service?
- How would you approach parsing log files using a language and technology of your choice, and what insights could you draw from the data within those logs?
